Dr. Rami Al-Ouran is an accomplished Assistant Professor in the Department of Data Science and AI at Al-Hussein Technical University. He also holds the distinction of having served as a Senior Bioinformatics Researcher at the Jan and Dan Duncan Neurological Research Institute, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, and as a Guest Researcher at the Laboratory of Neurogenetics (LNG) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), USA.

Dr. Al-Ouran's research interests are focused on Bioinformatics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Computational Regulatory Genomics. He has made significant contributions to the field of bioinformatics as a Data Analyst in the Laboratory for Integrative Functional Genomics and the Bioinformatics Core Lab at Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Al-Ouran holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Mutah University, Jordan, and both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Ohio University. His academic achievements and groundbreaking research work have been widely recognized by the scientific community.
