Dima Bilto is a Projects Coordinator with a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan. With a passion for cross-functional collaboration, creativity, and results-driven work, Dima's experience is focused on project coordination, management, and ensuring timely technical implementation, evaluation, and reporting. Dima's approach emphasizes aligning project activities with goals, constructing detailed work plans, achieving milestones, and delivering high-performing solutions.
Dima's accomplishments include establishing a new chapter for Industrial Engineers (IISE) in the University of Jordan, receiving the Best Chapter Award for IISE JU Chapter 2017, and winning the Junior FLL 2017 First Place Award for Animal Allies. In addition, Dima has worked as a technical robotics trainer for junior levels, designing hands-on training programs, handling projects, and managing risks with tailored data.
With an Industrial Engineering background, Dima is adept at reflecting effective quality management, program management, and optimization across her various work responsibilities. Dima has taken on various voluntary roles during her time at the university, including being one of the founding and active members of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
